Summary:
As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using OpenText ECM Tools. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using OpenText ECM Tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience with OpenText ECM Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ECM tools such as Documentum, Alfresco, or SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful ECM solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
