Media Planning Managerとして、グローバルクライアントのオンライン、オフライン問わず統合的なメディアプランニングならびにコミュニケーションプランニングを担当していただきます。デジタルが中心になりますが、オフラインも積極的に展開しているクライアントのため、オン・オフライン両方のスキルを活かしたプランニングを期待します。

Qualifications and Requirements
- 3年以上の広告代理店勤務、またはそれに値する経験
- オフライン、オンラインメディアのプランニング経験、またはそれに値する経験
- Ecommerceクライアントの担当経験があれば尚良い
- 英語によるプレゼンテーション・資料作成の経験とスキル
- 日本語によるネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力
- チームリーダーとしての経験があれば尚良い
In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- クライアントのビジネスを理解し、4ヶ月目から自身の言葉でAssociate Directorと連携し、メディアプランニングが出来る
- 社内外のStakeholderと関係構築をし、自身が働くうえでの基盤を作る
In six months:
- 少なくとも一つのプロジェクトをリードし提案~実施まで出来る
- 競合他社やメディアの最新動向を把握し、社内外に共有出来る
In 12 months:
- 年間レビューを自身で分析し、社内のスタッフに共有できる
- 次年度以降の数字を用いた目標を立てられる
