This Position reports to:
HR Team LeadWe are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Switzerland. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.
Responsibilities
Support basic HR administrative tasks for ABB employees in CH and HQ
Process and manage electronic employee data files
Enter and update employee information in SAP, including organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events
Support the family allowance process
Respond to employee HR-related questions via the AskHR Ticketing System
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely handling of HR data
Requirements
Active student status
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and communication skills
Interest in HR administration and operations
Basic knowledge of SAP or HR systems is a plus, but not required
