As a Sales Director, Ecommerce/Intermediaries/Pure Play, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in the ever-evolving ecommerce and digital landscape by building meaningful customer partnerships and developing innovative strategies to deliver results. What You’ll Do For Us

  • Own Customer Relationships: Lead strategic business planning with major ecommerce and pure play customers to build meaningful partnerships and drive mutual growth in revenue, share, and profitability.

  • Develop Key Growth Strategies: Build and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for ecommerce and intermediaries, including pricing, analytics, innovation rollouts, and promotional activities.

  • Optimize Ecommerce Platforms: Leverage insights and analytics to optimize customer activation and digital shelf strategies, ensuring our product portfolio resonates with ecommerce audiences.

  • Drive Collaborative Business Planning: Collaborate with partners across key ecommerce intermediaries and pure play platforms to identify business opportunities, resolve challenges, and maximize customer success.

  • Lead the Digital Agenda: Champion ecommerce best practices across our organization to grow capabilities internally and influence strategies aligned with consumer shopping behaviors.

  • Innovate with Bottling Partners and Distributors: Partner with Coca-Cola North America bottlers and distributors to align distribution strategies with ecommerce and pure play priorities.

  • Leverage Cross-Functional Expertise: Align efforts with cross-functional teams in marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce activation strategies.

  • Monitor Market Dynamics: Stay attuned to trends and developments across the ecommerce landscape, analyzing competitive activity and leveraging new insights to shape future strategies.

  • Implement Category Innovations: Launch and activate Coca-Cola’s ecommerce offerings, ensuring strong brand presence across digital platforms and intermediaries.

  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Remove barriers to execution through collaborative and agile initiatives, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction in ecommerce.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

  • Experience: 8+ years of sales leadership experience in ecommerce, intermediaries, and/or pure play channels within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.

  • Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital commerce platforms, shopper behavior, and customer acquisition strategies across ecommerce and pure play retail partners.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced and competitive ecosystem.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and scalable solutions.

  • Relationship Management: Expertise in building and enhancing partnerships with decision-makers across ecommerce platforms, intermediaries, distributors, and other stakeholders.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to drive win-win solutions through collaboration and innovation, addressing challenges with a long-term vision and operational acumen.

Pay Range:

$141,000 - $165,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
