What you will do

  • As a TA partner you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to onboarding.
  • Ensure hiring processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Adopt a consultative approach when engaging with stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and organize recruitment delivery
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment while maintaining a strong focus on speed and volume of hiring.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) protocols, operational excellence, and precise data maintenance to facilitate accurate reporting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, talent availability, and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and actionable reporting on talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture externally.

What we look for

  • Graduate in any stream/bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, strong stakeholder management
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Ability to manage and motivate small/mid-size teams, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive in presentations, reports, and candidate interactions.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/ATS platforms will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to handle a small team and develop their potential
