Summary: As a Cloud Platform Architect, you will oversee application architecture and deployment in cloud platform environments -- including public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud. This can include cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of cloud solutions to meet business needs and objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in cloud-based systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. - Develop cloud adoption strategies and roadmaps, considering business requirements and industry best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud application requirements and design scalable and resilient architectures. - Manage and monitor cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency. - Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to cloud architecture standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including infrastructure as code, microservices, and containerization. - Experience with cloud deployment and management tools, such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform. - Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines and configuration management. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
