Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partner Business Development specialist to join our growing Mid-Market solution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing channel partners and identifying opportunities to expand our partner network. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, partnership management skills, and a deep understanding of our product offerings to drive revenue growth through our business partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners such as digital advertising agencies and marketing consulting service companies.
  • Identify and recruit new alliance partners to expand product reach and revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with partners to develop sales strategies and plans that drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners on product offerings, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement partner marketing programs, including roadshows and webinars, to support partner sales efforts.
  • Manage and resolve partner concerns and issues promptly, ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze partner sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for alliance partners.
  • Capable of managing end-to-end projects from conception to execution, ensuring that all partner activities align with our business goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese
  • SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Have a good understanding of Marketing Automation, CRM
  • Experience in partnership development and management.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Good to Have:

  • Established connections in the agency, digital marketing consulting sector
  • Experience organizing and participating in roadshows and webinars.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
