• Compliance services : our ComplyLog products helps companies simplify their EU regulatory duties, speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors ensuring compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the discovery of new initiatives of products or extended features in existing products . Candidate will be involved in market watch, client events and other activities to select initiatives in line with the product strategy and client expectations. He will also lead the adoption stream of the product lifecyle to ensure that the products we are offering provide the expected added value and what other initiatives can be presented to enrich the offer.

The ideal candidate will be working closely to other Product managers in charge of execution to ensure that the discovery topics are well integrated in the global product vision.

This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a strong technical background to manage product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and Customer Research:
  • Conduct market research and customer interviews to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities for product development
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure the product meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Client Engagement and Support:
  • Engage with key clients,  to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure products provides value.
  • Support the sales team in client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or compliance software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling software products, with a strong understanding of API integrations and data management.
