About the Role

Job Description Summary:
• This position is to support the related language application development, including system design, programming, unit testing, system & integration testing and UAT support under the supervision of Specialist/Senior Specialist.

Job Description:

• Understand users’ requirements and function specification (10%);
• Understand and prepare technical specification(20%);
• Develop software applications(40%);
• Prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test(30%).
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• 1+ years experience in related language or platform: Cloud platforms, Linux/Windows/Unix platforms, Web/mobile applications
• 1+ yrs database and SQL experience (DB2 and Oracle etc)
• Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Good written and reading skill in English
• Self motivator and quick learner
• Problem solving skills
• Has experience on insurance is preferable
