Site Manager

Job Description

Site Manager is expected to achieve the company’s distribution objectives by leveraging his/her knowledge of the following: KC products and categories, internal and external sales and marketing data; General Trade operations in terms of route to market (market knowledge) and distribution operations.

He/She should possess the adequate management and leadership skills so as to assist, mentor, train and motivate his/her distributor teams towards achieving the company’s objectives.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Highly desirable 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales/ Trade/ Territory or Area management within well-known multinational or/ and local FMCG
• Consumer/Customer/ Client Understanding
• Good Sales Negotiation and sales analysis
• Able to communicate in English with strong computer literacy
• High passion to work and consistently develop
• Able to work upcountry
