Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements and project specifications. You will apply your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support the project effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed smoothly and efficiently. Engaging with stakeholders, you will facilitate discussions to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, while also mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Good hands-on working experience with the D365 F&O is must have - Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture - Strong understanding of X++ - Exposure to load the data manually in D365 F&O - Strong knowledge on integration of third party software using middleware like Logic Apps is must have - Must have knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies - Ability to conduct workshops for technical analysis, perform data upload and provide technical trainings, UAT support, Post Go Live support is must have - Exposure in technical analysis, documentation, development and deployment - Must have good communication, understanding of customer businesses and presentation capabilities - Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customer businesses - Retail knowledge is nice to have - Familiar with postman application – nice to have. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
