What You’ll Experience

As a Manager Operations Sr., you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing safe and efficient operations across our facilities. You’ll lead a team of formal leaders and individual contributors, ensuring all work aligns with operating standards and safety protocols. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic planning, workforce development, and operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate across departments, engage with key stakeholders, and serve as a primary contact for business and commercial development initiatives. Your leadership will help foster a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

As a Manager Operations Sr., you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading all aspects of safe operations and maintenance across assigned facilities

  • Providing guidance and accountability for team performance and development

  • Coordinating workforce planning and career development activities

  • Developing expense plans and forecasts, and conducting cost analysis to manage budget performance

  • Collaborating with leadership to implement short- and long-range operational goals

  • Promoting a collaborative environment and sharing information across teams

  • Serving as a contact point for business development, commercial development, and operations

  • Building and nurturing relationships with customers, community members, and key stakeholders

  • Championing a transparent concern reporting and resolution culture

  • Acting as a subject matter expert or change agent for critical organizational initiatives

  • Performing other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including processing plant, gathering, NGL/Petchem, and transmission pipeline operations

  • Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to safety as a top priority

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
