Job Description:

The Experience Strategy Assistant/Part Time will support the Manager, Experience Strategy in driving new product launch initiatives and enhancing guest experience offerings. This role provides valuable exposure to product development, cross-functional collaboration, and project coordination within Hong Kong Disneyland.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product launch initiatives, including planning, coordination, implementation, and communication activities.
• Assist in product setup and maintenance within internal systems, ensuring operational readiness for successful launches.
• Coordinate marketing communication preparations and logistics arrangements for promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate day-to-day operations and project updates.
• Prepare reports, presentation materials, and business documentation to support project tracking and decision-making.
• Provide administrative and operational support as assigned.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student in any discipline.
• Available to work at least 2 to 3 weekdays per week throughout the employment period.
• Proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Must have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
• Previous work experience at Hong Kong Disneyland will be considered an advantage.
