Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical equipment, consumable products to government, private and NGO sectors, able to develop long term business relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Work closely with other departments eg. Marketing, Clinical etc to achieve set objectives
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate resources through liaison with clinical, technical and sales teams within Fresenius Medical Care.
• Initiate, coordinate and execute funding applications for patients.
• Participate in offering service contracts to customers and responsible for Tenders, ensuring our response is professional and attractive.
• To maintain highly respected relationships, within & outside the organization.
• Regularly gather market insights and competitors’ activities.
• Provide monthly report and sales forecast to the Business Manager on all your sales activities.
• Manage other administrative tasks that will be assigned based on the business and department needs from time to time (inventory, database, competitor analysis among other key tasks). 
• Any other tasks, support and territories as deemed required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Malaysia’s public and private healthcare/hospital system is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-driven, commercially savvy, articulate, confident, and with a pleasant personality.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude; proactive, reliable, and responsible.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Possesses own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
