Responsibilities

• Support engineers in day-to-day technical activities related to engine component repair.
• Assist in investigating repair and process-related issues, and participate in root cause analysis.
• Collect, analyze, and present engineering and production data to support decision-making.
• Prepare and update engineering documentation, work instructions, repair process documentation, and technical reports.
• Support qualification and validation activities for new repair processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, turnaround time, and productivity.
• Assist in developing fixtures, tooling, and process solutions to improve repair capability.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality  and other support functions to resolve technical issues.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with aerospace quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Perform other engineering assignments as required.

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related engineering fields.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedure (SOP).
• Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.
• Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.
