About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Sr. Coordinator, Social Media Manager & Operations is a high-impact, hybrid role responsible for independently owning and executing significant portions of our social media content lifecycle. This position translates operational insights into actionable process improvements that directly support our content strategy.

This role combines hands-on execution of strategic content management (planning, scheduling, and publishing) with operational coordination. The primary goal is to address intermediate scalability and efficiency challenges by ensuring high-impact social content is delivered on time, approved correctly, and aligned with brand goals within a complex, matrixed environment. The Sr. Coordinator operates with light supervision, demonstrating growing independence in defined work streams.

Responsibilities

Content Management & Publishing

  • Content Calendar Ownership: Independently own and manage designated segments of the social media content calendar, ensuring scheduled content aligns with specific program or campaign strategies.

  • Publishing & Execution: Execute the end-to-end publishing process, ensuring all creative and copy assets meet platform specifications and adhere to brand governance standards.

Operations & Workflow Management

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate timelines and resources across small cross-functional teams to meet defined content project goals, often with guidance from senior team members on cross-functional efforts.

  • Review & Approval Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate the complex content review and approval process with necessary stakeholders (Legal, Creative, etc.), summarizing problems clearly and checking for shared understanding.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Field straightforward questions from colleagues or stakeholders regarding content status and approval, turning that feedback into small but actionable fixes.

  • Process Improvement: Proactively spot minor inefficiencies in existing content workflows and suggest quick, actionable improvements, documenting current processes to drive consistency. This tackles intermediate operational challenges.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, project coordination, or marketing operations within a complex organizational setting.

  • Proven ability to independently manage high-volume content calendars and execute publishing processes for a major brand.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating timelines and resources across cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly summarize project statuses and problem statements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a role balancing hands-on execution with early-stage strategic thinking.

  • Familiarity with enterprise-level project management and content scheduling tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Asana, etc.).

  • Experience documenting and optimizing segments of cross-functional workflows to increase operational speed and consistency.

  • An emerging problem-solver who approaches basic challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
