Managing Directors in Public Finance are experienced senior bankers with proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transaction execution capabilities. They are often responsible for handling all client meetings, including those involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a financing. Managing Directors serve as key contacts for many clients, including senior C-suite executives. Individuals in this role are widely recognized as industry experts and consistently high performers, typically with 8–10+ years of experience in Affordable Housing, Public Finance or Debt Capital Markets.
This individual will be solely responsible for the execution of our new product; GP (General Partner) Securitization in the Affordable Housing sector. Key is the #2 Affordable Housing lender in the U.S and GP Securitization allows us to offer yet another unique financing solution to the industry.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $165,000.00 - $345,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
