This position is accountable for marketing initiatives that drive business growth in the bank partnership business across multiple markets in Asia. The role is crucial in supporting the business growth objectives in bank partnership and leading all aspects of day-to-day implementation across marketing activities in APAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bank and financial services marketing, with a focus on unit trust distribution at bank channel and will be adept at working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Key responsibilities include executing fund launch campaigns with strategic banking partners, and supporting all marketing initiatives related to bank partnership marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen relationships and drive business growth through bank channel across the region.
• Collaborate with bank distribution teams to support initiatives that enhance product visibility and sales effectiveness.
• Provide marketing support for fund launches and campaigns to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
• Lead marketing initiatives that support bank channel sales effort, including the development and execution of online campaigns, digital and written contents to engage target audiences.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all content and marketing activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all produced content.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of WAM (Wealth and Asset Management) marketing experience with top-tier Banking and Finance MNCs.
• Proven track record in driving business growth in bank distribution channel through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and translate it into actionable marketing insights.
• Ability to work multi-tasking and demonstrate strong project management skills.
• Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry, particularly in the APAC region.
• Ability to think strategically while managing the details of implementation.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
