Position Summary...

Site Activation Strategy

Develop and execute strategy to drive incremental traffic to the right items across the site

Identify high-impact levers to improve item visibility and conversion

Partner with brand owners to drive success of Priority brands on our platform
Work with marketing and WMC teams to drive traffic to right items and Brands
2. Performance Metrics & Governance

Define and standardize KPIs to measure site activation effectiveness (traffic, impression share, conversion, lift)

Establish reporting cadence and performance tracking framework

Partner with business teams to ensure measurable progress against targets

3. Opportunity Identification

Analyze item/PT/Brand & Category -level performance to identify traffic gaps

Diagnose root causes (impressions, traffic drivers, content quality, reviews, catalog set up issues, etc.)

Recommend corrective actions to unlock incremental growth

Sunnyvale, California US-11807: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
