About the Role

The Manager of Sales Platforms will be a key contributor leading the execution of strategic priorities for Financial Distributors. This individual will be responsible for driving efficiency and modernization of the sales organization by managing the business use of sales platforms and tools.  The role will have a heavy emphasis on Salesforce and tools that integrate with the platform such as RIVA, Salesvue, Genesys. The Manager will be the subject matter expert for overseeing enhancements and defining best practices across Financial Distributors in collaboration with Sales Leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for Financial Distribution portfolio based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure product vision and roadmap is aligned to Financial Distributors strategic goals.
  • Share trends and best practices on B2B sales process as well as tools and technologies used by Financial Distribution Team.
  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog for Financial Distribution portfolio.
  • Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
  • Ability to successfully provide delivery of accurate data and intelligence solutions through a variety of delivery methods such as dashboards, reports, etc. to help sales management make informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with the Financial Distributions users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, stakeholders, and Training and Development to drive adoption and integration of tools aligned to the sales process.
  • Monitor technology trends in the market and optimize sales platforms where necessary. 
  • Successfully support business objectives while handling ad hoc needs and requests when applicable.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 + years of experience in Sales environment
  • Knowledgeable in B2B Financial Services Distribution organization
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, including with IT and marketing, to engage, influence, and support partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proactive and a self-starter.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft 360 product suite, and Salesforce is desirable.
  • For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $90,000-$110,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
