Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Oracle Financials applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and develop Oracle Financials applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct system testing and resolve any issues. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Oracle Financials. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong understanding of financial processes and concepts. - Experience in designing and developing Oracle Financials applications. - Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. - Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and related technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications. - Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. - Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Financials. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
