About the Team

The Sr Associate Deal Operations Manager will be an individual contributor role and will be responsible for customers annual reporting process. They will supervise existing subscriptions, establishing best practice subscription review processes and proactively getting in touch with customers on a regular basis.
This role will be cross-functional working closely with Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Operations, Finance & Legal. Success in the role requires a standout colleague approach, ability to independently work across organizations with disparate needs, creativity and original thinking to proactively identify new and different approaches to analyzing data, and to synthesize multiple information sources to generate fresh strategic insights.

About the Role

Perform and complete reviews to identify trends and uncover useful insights with regards to subscription licensing.

• Responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing subscriptions reporting process in a timely-manner.

• Proactively supervise customer base adherence with their subscription agreements.

• Liaise with team members and customers to ensure issues are resolved timely, while being cognizant of overall customer relationship.

• Provide mentorship and expertise that supplies to adherence with Workday’s subscription agreements.

• Contribute to the development of Workday’s subscription review process.

• Prepare monthly reports outlining subscription KPI’s.

• Participating in process and system improvements by acting as a Subscriptions operations subject matter authority.

About You

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in field.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with modeling and analysis is crucial in performing the role successfully.
• Ability to turn large volumes of data into relevant and insightful analysis.

• Extensive attention to detail with a high level of dedication to process adherence and a strong focus on business simplification.

• Strong teammate able to represent Workday’s outstanding customer experience while handling critical customer discussions.

• Comfortable communicating and engaging with cross-functional teams and executive management.
• Proactive, creative, entrepreneurial and results oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
