In this role, the Senior Brand Manager, is responsible for Developing and implementing brand plans based on consumer insights, delivering innovative marketing campaigns and generate strategies that grow market share, drive sales and margin growth. Take ownership of brand financials, in market performance and brand budgets.

What you will do:

  • Full brand responsibility for Pediatric Nutrition Portfolio.
  • Analyse how brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights.
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and brand strategies.
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Manage marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Manages external agencies to deliver brand creatives.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks.
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  • Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with NPI team.
  • Manage Budgets
  • Deliver Profitable Returns
  • Financial competency (P&L, ROI and Pricing)
  • Development of Brand Operating Plan
  • Apply Strategic Category Marketing Process

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE:

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or related

Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing//brand Manager role
  • Ideally having experience within consumer health and or OTC OR Pharma industry, having marketed to HCP’s
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent understanding in Health Care Marketing, Sales, Finance and Category Management. Proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
