About the team and the role:
eBay, Inc. seeks Business Process Analyst III in San Jose, CA
What you will accomplish: Support development of the overall North America business plan. Lead cross-functional initiatives, such as the business-critical Holiday Campaign, and a series of business-wide stand-up meetings with Executive leadership. Manage business cadences including weekly business reviews, monthly initiative reviews, quarterly operating reviews. Provide performance measurement and insight into key business drivers. Develop insights related to eBay's business from analysis to scenario modeling and business recommendations. Support development of executive presentation materials. Extract, analyze and collate data from a variety of sources to create prototypes and present to senior management. Leverage click-stream data to build end-to-end view of customer journey. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
What you will bring:
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or a closely related field. Will also accept Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or a closely related field plus four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Salary: $150,426.00-$234,850.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
