What you will do
The Director of Sales Process and Applications CRM GPO is a pivotal role responsible for the simplification and implementation of Salesforce.com processes while collaborating closely with the businesses and IT department. This senior position is designed to drive cost efficiency, global process ownership, standardization, and strategic business impact. Ensures the CRM system evolves in line with business needs, providing long-term strategic benefits.
The Director of Sales Process and Applications CRM GPO is crucial for maintaining a robust and efficient CRM system that supports our commercial operations and sales teams. By investing in this role, the organization ensures cost savings, internal expertise, and a CRM system that evolves with our business needs, ultimately driving long-term success.
How you will do it
Salesforce.com Simplification and Process Implementation:
Lead the simplification of Salesforce.com processes to enhance usability and efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales leaders, commercial operations, GCOE leaders and IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality of CRM systems.
Cost Efficiency and Savings:
Demonstrate immediate financial benefits and cost efficiency through effective CRM management.
Global Process Ownership:
Serve as the Global Process Owner for Sales Processes Design.
Oversee requirements gathering, solution architecture, and CRM/Salesforce support for commercial operations and sales teams globally.
Standardization and Adoption:
Create a global standard for CRM utilization and adoption.
Ensure alignment with current operations and future state through the Fusion Program.
Promote consistent and efficient CRM practices across the organization.
Business Impact:
Act as the in-house expert on the CRM system to document and solution business requirements.
Mitigate the need for third-party consultants, reducing significant expenses and ensuring internal capability.
Strategic Importance:
Maintain and enhance the CRM system to support commercial operations and sales teams.
Ensure swift adaptation to changes and continuous improvement of CRM processes.
What we look for
Proven experience in CRM management, specifically with Salesforce.com.
Strong collaboration skills with IT and other departments.
Demonstrated ability to drive cost efficiency and process improvements.
Experience in global process ownership and standardization.
Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business impact.
10 years of experience in managing complex CRM and ERP systems including CPQ and Marketing applications in cloud environments.
Consulting experience in deployment of CRM systems globally across different geographies and cultures.
Sales and Sales Operations experience is desired.
