JOB DESCRIPTION:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall business of Tmall Flagship Store, lead sustainable growth as Category Captain, drive new user acquisition via refined full-funnel traffic operation, and deliver all core business targets.
  • Own full-cycle P&L management of Tmall channel, optimize marketing investment allocation, and maximize channel profitability.
  • Guide TP team to accurately identify potential business growth opportunities and operational risks through data insight, formulate targeted optimization action plans, and track the full-cycle implementation to capture growth dividends.
  • Maintain solid partnership with Tmall platform team, track real-time industry trends and platform updates, and secure core platform resources and incentives.
  • Build omni-channel content matrix, formulate seeding strategies for RED and other social platforms, and establish a closed loop from social traffic to Tmall in-site conversion.
  • Optimize in-purchase and post-purchase links including customer service, live streaming and CRM system, to improve conversion rate and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing and related teams, to ensure smooth execution of channel strategies, campaigns and new product launches.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Nutrition, Master degree is preferred.
  • 3 years of work experience, with E-commerce sales background, comprehensive compound e-commerce capabilities is preferred, management trainee background is preferred.
  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving skill.
  • Proficient in project management with the ability to keep track of multiple projects.
  • Customer oriented and strong winning spirit.
