Daily Facilities Inspection and Maintenance

• Fitment and decoration indoor: Furniture, Carpet, Wall, Ceiling, Glass Door and Curtain
• Support minor works such as Light replacement
• Door lock and accessories repairing
• Keyboard drawer installation/relocation
• Picture installation/relocation
• Inventory control (e.g. surgical mask, hand sanitizer machine)
• Check hand sanitizer and arrange refill
• Perform minor touch up of building fabric and office furniture
• Regular inspect common areas and toilet facilities and work closely with BMO, technical team and cleaning team to fix the problems

Reparation and Renovation on spot

• Raise work orders as necessary
• Renovate daily inspection fault within skills base
• Respond to users reported defects
• Inform users about status of requests

Maintenance Management

• Cooperate with vendors to conduct the preventive and  corrective maintenance

Minor Project Management and project handover

• Monitor and cooperate with vendors to complete minor projects
