The Director of Global Partner Transformation is a strategic role within DXI's Global Operations team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Transformation, who is a member of DXI Executive Committee. This role plays a crucial part in integrating new technologies, solutions and methodologies into DXI expertise globally.

The Director of Global Partner Transformation is responsible for evolving our partner strategy by combining deep expertise in secondary research—encompassing areas such as media monitoring, social listening, digital analytics, owned social management, influencer strategies, and media landscape intelligence—with transversal knowledge of new technologies and application of AI across our DXI business. This includes three distinct crafts, Human Intelligence (market research and insights), Predictive Intelligence (business science and advanced predictive analytics) and Performance Intelligence (audience insights, paid media, and integrated measurement).

This T-shaped role demands a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and relationship management skills to drive the success of DXI’s partner ecosystem, ensuring that our partnerships are both innovative and aligned with our long-term business goals.
