Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• Technical support to the PC users (Hardware and software)
• Installation, hardware / software configuration
• Corrective and preventive maintenance to computer equipment
• Monitoring of data network operation
• Inventory maintenance of computer equipment
• Train PC users as required
• Quick and effective problem solving in the operation
• Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
• Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system
• Participate in the 5s program
• Support and participate in Kaizen events
