Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into application designs that enhance efficiency and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead design discussions to ensure applications meet business requirements - Conduct regular reviews of application designs to ensure alignment with business needs - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application design Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification - Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management - Experience in designing and implementing Workday Core Compensation solutions - Knowledge of integration capabilities within the Workday platform - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A mandatory Workday Related certification is required
