The AVP, Broad Market Solutions is responsible for anticipating market needs, providing recommendations for business action, and overseeing implementation activities for John Hancock Life Insurance’s Broad Markets business. Broad Markets encompasses term insurance, living benefit combination products, and select permanent insurance products designed for mass affluent consumers.
This person will work with peers and leaders across multiple life insurance disciplines – including product management, marketing, strategy, distribution, underwriting, IT and operations – to ensure that all facets of John Hancock’s Broad Market solutions meet the need of a highly competitive brokerage market. The AVP, Broad Market Solutions will be a thought leader across the business on the technology, distribution, and product needs for this market, and a subject matter expert (SME) for internal stakeholders and external distribution partners regarding solutions in market and in development.

Salary range is expected to be between
$148,400.00 USD - $275,500.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
