Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks an Associate to join our Central Finance Team in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

• Strengthening and maintaining Tower's security referential infrastructure to address trading and back-office needs
• Taking end-to-end ownership: development, testing, release and support Being a subject matter expert, functionally and technically, to deliver security referential data needs for Tower's global trading footprint
• Interacting with trading teams and users to handle issues
  
   The ideal candidate will have:
• Brilliant problem-solving abilities Solid background in data structures and algorithms
• Programming expertise in one or more of the following languages - C++, Rust, Python
• Good breadth of knowledge in widely used industry technologies, including Python, Bash and databases
• Clear understanding of computer architecture fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Understanding of Relational databases is a plus
