Job Summary

Develops deep customer knowledge and relationships, engage government and regulators to drive near and long term strategy for client retention and new sales opportunities across a set of accounts with high strategic complexity/priority in Korea.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Is a senior client relationship owner for a set of large, complicated, priority accounts responsible for business growth as both Account Management Lead and County lead in Korea.

  • Drive the business as One LSEG approach to cover directly for D&A, FTSE and Risk Intelligence, and indirectly for Markets business.

  • Deep knowledge of key industry trends and can share LSEG vision and how we can help client’s agenda.

  • Efficiently engages and implements solution selling strategy to uncover opportunities and collaborate with product sales.

  • Provides authority insights and recommendations on how to grow deal sizes, discusses longer term deals and more enterprise-wide contracts; can articulate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to drive larger deals.

  • Has the customer lifecycle framework and ensures strong commercial strategy, renewal execution, minimizing cancellations.

  • Develops broad reaching executive relationships and aligns LSEG senior executives.

  • Maintains high customer happiness and health scores.

  • Effective at mentoring teams of Account Managers.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or something equivalent

  • Extensive experience of account relationships across multiple sectors / segments

  • Extensive experience within an industry and / or product area.
