Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events strengthening the brand, promoting employees and stakeholder engagement and contribute to the company's strategic objectives, ensuring operational excellence, cost control and high-impact experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the monitoring of the planning and follow-up of medical education events, corporate sponsorships, conventions, international meetings and mini meetings of the Sales Force;
  • Ensure the accuracy of all documentation required in each of the processes of organizing meetings and events;
  • Control expenses and budgets related to meetings and corporate events;
  • Administration of contracts and due records in conjunction with the business units;
  • Lead the processes of event documentation and follow-up;
  • Coordinate and monitor processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical, security, legal and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure through sampling that the calculations of doctors/speakers/speakers/KOLs are within the Compliance and Legal policies and standards;
  • Coordinate together with the marketing team and FV managers the expenses related to Mini Meetings and Coffee Breaks;
  • Ensure that each of the areas responsible for each of the processes related to Events has defined the processes properly, complying with the requirements of each one, ensuring their effectiveness;
  • Monitor the events and ensure their execution within the proposed agenda, managing any complications while maintaining the continuity of the event.
  • Keep the Manager informed about the progress of campaigns, events, identified risks, and compliance with established KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Higher in administration / marketing / areas related to events.
  • Experience: Have at least 3 years in Marketing, Events, Planning or Project Management positions. Experience in compliance and/or monitoring processes is an important differential. Desirable knowledge of Viatris' internal procedures.
  • Technical Knowledge: Office package and systems for planning and preparation of reports.
  • Languages: Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
