The Impact: 


Outsourcing delivery associate is responsible to learn various nuances of loan operations and its impact on clients. An associate is expected to quality check activities/transactions which results in better client experience and satisfaction with our deliverables. Adapt quickly to changing business/client needs to pivot comfortably in fast-paced environment.

 

What’s in it for you: 


An individual will be aligned within our finance operations vertical and will be responsible to manage daily BAU, conducting analysis and reconciling client transactions. You will be communicating with global business partners to understand changes in process and implementing process changes in-house.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist with the understanding and onboarding of new clients and products including development of relevant procedures and documentation.

  • Provide expertise in the reconciliation processes for various financial products ensuring team members are fully trained and can
  • Liaise with clients to ensure optimal service delivery, manage client expectations, and build strong business relationships
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the industry to facilitate decision-making and strategy development
  • Ensure adherence department procedures and company policies for all reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align processes and goals
  • Perform important risk management responsibilities and requiring an in-depth knowledge of industry standards & practices
  • Embody a team-orientation approach creating an atmosphere where analysts can be their best
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage competing tasks and prioritize risk accordingly

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Three to 5 years' experience in the finance sector, with a strong focus on cash management/reconciliation for syndicated bank loans, middle market, private debt, CLOs, and TRS servicing
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the loan industry to facilitate decision-making and strategy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different geographical locations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent experience is required. Advanced degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
