AriensCo is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator at our Brillion, WI location to support our operations-based employees. This role provides day-to-day HR support and plays a key part in delivering a wide range of administrative and operational activities that keep the Human Resources function running smoothly.
THE DAY TO DAY...
Serve as the front-line subject matter expert for all Brillion operations-based employees
Assist employees across multiple shifts when necessary
Respond timely to employee walk-in, email and phone inquiries which may include company policies and procedures, benefits, Workday, badge access, etc.
Assist with the exit process for Brillion hourly-based operation employees including conducting exit interviews, creating, and sending term letters, completing term checklists
Facilitate new employee orientation including preparing materials, compliance and coordination with other participating presenters
Create and post company-wide announcements including promotions and retirements
Create flyers and other forms of communication for use across the Brillion campus
Maintain employee bulletin boards and HR self-service areas
Create new and replacement badges for all employees and serves as a go-to for Win-Pak software
Support hourly recruiting efforts which may include coordinating and/or conducting phone screens, participating in on-site interviews, administering pre-employment drug screens and conducting pre-employment background checks
Maintain employee records in HR Information System (Workday)
Support company-wide, special team meetings, reserves and prepares facilities and transportation needs
Completes all unemployment questionnaires
Maintain all suggestion boxes, HR self service centers, and computer kiosks in all Brillion plants
Serve as the gatekeeper for all vending machine and medicine cabinet coins
Work closely with admin team to execute the Holiday lunch, Mike Ariens birthday treats, team recognition lunch, Lions Club glasses pick-up, and Coats for Kids/Toys for Tots events
Serve as backup to the receptionist desk, when needed
Complete project work as assigned
THE QUALIFICATIONS...
Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field of study is required
Minimum of two years’ experience Human Resource experience
English/Spanish bilingual (read and write) highly preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to successfully multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Experience with recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred
Experience with an HRIS is required, Workday is highly desired
Ability to handle confidential matters
Customer-service mindset
Ability to interact professionally with employees and leaders at all times
