当部門はカプセル内視鏡PillCam™製品に加え、従来の肝がんだけでなく、早期肺がん、腎臓がん、骨・軟部腫瘍、そして早期乳がんへのアブレーション治療への適応拡大となるCool-tip™製品を扱うEndoscopy(ENDO)事業部になります。

Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”　

• 貸出機器の出荷追跡

弊社営業社員が手配した貸出機器の出荷状況を、貸出予定日の前日に出荷部門に確認し、予定日に到着するように出荷されているか確認を取る→担当営業社員に連絡する業務

• 弊社製品の映像記録を記録媒体にコピーする

弊社カプセル内視鏡の映像記録を、診断を依頼している専門の医療機関宛にアップロードする。また、映像記録を記録媒体（DVD）にコピーし、所定の宛先へ発送する。DVDへのコピーと発送作業のため週2回の出社が必要（平日:曜日は問わない）

• 保守契約書 契約書作成、更新リマインダー

弊社の製品保守契約を交わしている医療機関の保守契約書を作成する。また、更新のリマインダーを担当営業に連絡する

• 修理機器の先行見積作成

弊社製品の修理についての連絡を担当部門から受付け、既定のフォーマットに情報を入力して担当営業に連絡する。

Must Haves

Job Experience

• 営業事務経験
• 電話対応経験

Skills/Knowledge

• PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Excel, Word)

　　　Word - テンプレートファイルにデータを追記して記録書面を作成できる

　　　Excel - 表形式データを、必要であれば関数を用いて処理できる

Education

• 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)が好ましいが、高卒以上でも検討可

Nice to Haves

Skills/Knowledge

• 英語力：業務上操作が必要なシステム、社内の英文メールや、英文でのオンライントレーニングについて、翻訳ツール等を用いてもよいので内容を理解して求められる対応/作業ができること。メールおよびチャットベースで翻訳ツールを用いてもよいので限定的にコミュニケーションができる
