POSITION SUMMARY

The Paid Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to generate leads and increase recapture.

DESCRIPTION

  • Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, including budget management and performance optimization.
  • Audience Segmentation: Identify, segment, and target the most relevant audience groups to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, analytics, and data to align on goals and strategy.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a plus.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in paid digital marketing or a related role.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and campaign optimization
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing marketing budgets.
