Communication

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.

Quality Control

Define and implement quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure adherence to quality requirements.

Project Documentation

Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including project plans, progress reports, and change requests. Maintain accurate records of project documentation for future reference.

Project Evaluation

Mentoring and knowledge transfer
