Responsibilities

  • Drive and generate revenue for the business unit by managing inbound sales inquiries via phone.
  • Manage and maintain SLAs, including AHT, login hours, attendance, and daily call targets.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for conversion rates and revenue.
  • Generate incremental revenue by selling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to provide appropriate support.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences to promote repeat business.
  • Prepare and present tailored presentations and proposals based on client objectives.
  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to align Adobe's solutions with their business goals.

 

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Account Management, or Up-selling in customer service.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle, Inside Sales model, and consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to multitask and switch between phone and chat to address customer queries.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop an autonomous sales strategy.
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT industry concepts.
  • Proficient in pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads in Salesforce, and presenting reports to the leadership team.
