Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while leveraging both private and public cloud technologies to support innovative and future-ready business outcomes. The role demands continuous monitoring and adjustment to optimize the migration process and maintain operational efficiency throughout the transition.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud architectures.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline migration tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
