About the team:

FIS is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join the Digital Business Banking team. This group delivers modern, scalable solutions that enhance business banking across payments, onboarding, administration, and money‑movement workflows. In this role, you will design and develop scalable full‑stack applications, create reusable components, build REST APIs and backend services, and implement cloud‑native capabilities.

What you will be doing:

Core Development

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS services.

• Build reusable components, REST APIs, backend services, and cloud‑native functionalities.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Analyze moderately complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Troubleshoot and resolve production‑level issues with minimal guidance.

Quality & Testing

• Write unit tests and ensure code quality with modern testing frameworks.

• Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.

Collaboration

• Work with cross‑functional teams including QA, Product, and Architecture.

• Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.

What you bring:

• Overall experience of 2-4 years

• Strong experience in React.js

• Solid backend development using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Experience with AWS

• Experience with relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

• Good to have Experience with Kong Gateway.

• Good to have Exposure to AI/ML tools or modern LLM-based applications.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Good communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
