We are seeking an experienced Procure to Pay Manager who will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Master Data areas of the Iberia BU Shared Services Center, ensuring the processes and activities in accordance with the pre-established policies and procedures. Must have knowledge of the different businesses within the Iberia BU and their respective systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). 

About The Role: Procure to Pay Manager

Responsibilities:

·        Analyse monthly reports of accounts payable and treasury.

·        Submit area results to the FSS Director.

·        Guarantee that purchasing processes are executed in accordance with predefined policies.

·        Ensure that payment processes are executed in accordance with predefined policies.

·        Manage area CAPEX.

·        Guarantee audit actions (internal and external).

·        Manage daily activities and monitor internal and external inquiries to ensure timely and professional responses.

·        Partner with Procurement to automate and streamline the Procure-to-Pay process.

·        Lead MDM projects, end-to-end, defining project approach, resources and delivering them till the end.

·        Lead the development of master data management strategies.

·        Developing and maintaining financial reporting processes and operational controls for procurement and accounts payable activities.

·        Continual process improvement within Account Payable and Master Data.

·        Manage and develop highly engaged team, amongst others.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration.

·        Understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and regulatory environment.

·        3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role within a Shared Service Center, managing teams (over 10 members).

·        Experience in a Big Four is a plus.

·        Genuine interest in business process standardization.

·        Experience with change management as well as working in a multicultural and international environment.

·        Result-oriented, collaborative, and with strong analytical skills

·        Professional skills using Finance ERP, Excel, Power Point and Power BI (other reporting tools are a plus!).

·        Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English.
