The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for an Multimedia/Designer to join our team! You will develop and modify illustrations for Satellite Control Network (SCN) Technical Orders (TO) and support general contract design needs (logos, recognition posters, event posters, etc.). Illustration tasks include designing, developing, and creating innovative concepts and ideas to enhance all visual aspects of the CAMMO DSLM contract. Duties may include planning, designing and preparation of visual artwork as well as strategy and conceptualization of new designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assure illustration TO products are submitted per MIL-DTL-38807 (D)
  • Monitor and utilize periodic amendments to the above standard
  • Maintain and update internal illustration processes documents
  • Control the board number generator to assure no duplicate board numbers are generated
  • Create, apply, and maintain new Fiscal Year (FY) board numbers
  • Develop and correct Adobe Acrobat form fills
  • Design and maintain Visio documentation as requested
  • Train entry-level illustrator/designer(s)
  • Support the Tech Writing team in editing, writing, and submitting TOs as requested and as time allows


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in parallel field of study or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ of related experience.
  • Hard and Soft Skills:

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Experience with MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook), Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop), and AutoCAD


Desired:

  • Working Knowledge of MIL-DTL-38807 (D)
  • Familiarity of the Satellite Control Network (SCN)
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings
  • Experience with Air Force Technical Orders

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$47,100-$96,500
