Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead the reliability, scalability, and performance of the MarTech and Channel Enablement portfolio. Responsibilities include oversight of the Adobe platforms and high-throughput Messaging Platforms which supports the delivery of billions of outbound communication each year.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure operations
  • 3+ years of experience focused on SRE and building resilient systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, observability, incident management, and modern DevOps practices
  • Proven experience managing high-scale, distributed systems with high availability and low latency requirements
  • Proficiency with modern observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins) with an automation-first mindset
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture and operational best practices
  • Experience overseeing large-scale Messaging Platforms (e.g., email, SMS, push)
  • Experience leading on-call rotations, SLO/SLI definition, and post mortems to drive continuous improvement


Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
