About the role

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient collection processes that optimize cash flow and minimize overdue balances. Your work will directly impact the financial health of the organization and strengthen relationships with our clients by resolving payment issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and monitoring accounts receivable collections.
• Communicating with clients to resolve payment issues and disputes.
• Ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions and following up on overdue accounts.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communicators. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 level).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
