Seeking a Hunter Sales Director focused on new business development to build pipeline, win new accounts, and grow a profitable portfolio; remote role with 50% travel.

Position Details:

  • Title: Sales Director
  • Location: Remote - Prefer candidates in Northeast (Charlotte, Philadelphia, NJ), Midwest (Chicago, Kansas City), or Southeast (Savannah, Jacksonville) 
  • Compensation: $90k-$110k Base + Uncapped Commission

Sales Director Responsibilities:

1. Growth: Growing market presence - Growing New Business Pipeline and New Business Portfolio TOP priority

  • Find new business opportunities that align with company goals
  • Increase both revenue and profitability long-term
  • Promote service capabilities
  • Represent the organization in collaborative industry initiatives

2. Stability: Maintaining relationships

  • Communicate market insights and customer feedback to internal teams
  • Help shape product development, market strategies, and overall business direction
  • Collaborate with diverse portfolio of high-impact commercial partners across multiple sectors:
    • Industrial suppliers
    • Logistics providers
    • Retail chains
    • Fuel marketers
    • Service networks
    • And more

3. Travel: 50% required (Typically 1 week away, 1 week home)

  • This role will represent our partner as a trusted leader in chemical transportation.
    • Act as the primary spokesperson in client-facing engagements, to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-value clients and partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering long-term growth opportunities.
    • Communicate market insights and customer feedback to internal teams, helping shape product development, marketing strategies, and overall business direction.
