The Opportunity

Allegro is looking for a meticulous and responsible Inventory Control Man (ICM) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be at the forefront of managing the flow of goods, from receiving and storage to issuance and scrapping, playing a crucial role in maintaining precise inventory records and supporting production needs. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining efficient warehouse operations that directly contribute to our manufacturing efficiency and financial accuracy.

What You Will Do

  • Precise Receiving and Verification: Meticulously check all incoming parts against accompanying documents such as packing lists, invoices, delivery receipts, and labels to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness before acceptance into inventory.

  • Document Management: Take full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and security of all warehouse files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.

  • Goods Movement and Storage: Efficiently receive tested and finished goods from production. Accurately locate these items within the system and place them in their designated storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.

  • Oracle System Transactions: Accurately transact all deliveries from local and foreign sub-contractors into Oracle, and process all issuances to production within the system. Additionally, process all returned lots (RMA) in Oracle in close coordination with the Quality and Reliability Services (QRS) team.

  • Production Material Issuance: Promptly issue lots to production as requested, ensuring timely supply for manufacturing processes. Prepare and complete all necessary traveler forms and attach relevant Certificate of Analysis (CAS) or Final Product Inspection (FPI) documents pertinent to lots prior to their issuance to production.

  • Inventory Location Management: Accurately transfer and move stockroom locations within both Oracle and Camstar systems to reflect physical inventory movements and maintain data synchronization.

  • Outbound Material Preparation: Prepare actual parts and necessary gate passes for lots designated for transfer to local sub-contractors. Also, prepare and transfer actual parts to the Shipping department based on pick slips, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch.

  • Scrap Management: Prepare and meticulously document all parts designated for scrapping in strict accordance with standard company procedures, ensuring proper disposal and record-keeping.

  • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular Cycle Counts and/or Yearly Counts, attaching inventory tags as required by the Accounting department, to verify physical inventory against system records and identify discrepancies.

  • Inventory Accuracy: Continuously maintain an accurate inventory count of all parts within the storage area, ensuring real-time data for planning and operational efficiency.

  • Workplace Organization: Always maintain excellent housekeeping in your area of responsibility and strictly conform to 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

  • Material Repackaging: Efficiently transfer lots into appropriate corrugated or tote boxes for every production withdrawal made, optimizing material handling and protection.

  • Container Support: Provide essential support to production by ensuring the availability of Finished Goods (FG) tote boxes and containers as needed.

  • Label Preparation: Prepare the 2D flap and reel labels, printed from production, to be issued to the packing area along with the actual parts, ensuring correct and complete labeling for final products.

What Will You Bring?

  • At least a 2-year College Diploma / TOR.

  • Ability to perform receipts and issuance in Oracle.

  • Knowledge in MES Application.
