Job Summary
This role will lead McKesson’s enterprise program to modernize operations through AI, data, and digital innovation across both corporate functions and business units. The leader will own stewardship of AIM28, which is McKesson’s multi-year AI enabled transformation strategy focused on Advancing patient outcomes, Improving employee experience, and Modernizing business operations through FY28. The leader will drive clear program communications, track initiative-level business value, and provide transparent updates to senior leadership while partnering closely with Finance, Technology, Business Units, and Change Management to ensure sustained impact and adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation: Direct large-scale AI Big Bets and AIM28 programs aligned with enterprise strategy and modernization priorities.
• End-to-End Value Enablement: Govern AIM28 program execution with standardized planning, communications, and value tracking.
• Establish High-Performance Delivery Structure: Lead a matrixed transformation team and coach senior program leaders.
• Change Management & Communication: Drive enterprise-wide AIM28 change management and
• executive-ready communications.
• Measure & Communicate Impact: Own AIM28 performance reporting, KPIs, and leadership
• dashboards.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field, Master’s or PhD preferred.
13+ years leading strategy and delivery of data and analytics initiatives, with extensive experience in digital transformation.

Preferred Skills / Experience (Nice to Haves)

• Experience in driving change through data and analytics driven programs in large enterprise settings.
• Hands on data, analytics and/or AI experience.

Physical Requirements

• Traditional office environment, majority of time spent on computer-based work.
• Minimal travel may be required for leadership meetings and enterprise reviews.
• Hybrid or in-office presence required 2–3 days in Las Colinas HUB

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $179,600 - $299,400
