Reporting to the Senior Director of eComm Strategy, the Senior Manager – eComm Data Analytics will develop data-driven insights (i.e., dashboards, reports, and financial models) used to lead decision making across the WMUS eCommerce businesses.

You will partner with multiple eCommerce leaders across the Walmart segment on strategic performance analysis, forecasting, annual planning (AOP) and long-range planning (LRP). Your expertise will be important to the success of the eComm business. We are looking for financial experience and experience developing data-driven insights (i.e., dashboards, reports, and financial models) used to lead our decisions.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Promote strategic analytics by breaking down the eComm business into analytical building blocks and assess our main levers
  • Support the daily financial oversight of the business
  • Support the build of Annual Operating Plans and Long-Range Plans through analyzing historical and external growth trends to develop a plan that improves company performance and supports our strategy
  • Become a trusted advisor by developing relationships with eComm leaders.
  • Be a go-to resource across the organization to solve issues, address pain points and implement growth plans

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
